Apples Everywhere

I have lots of apples that were so kindly shared with me from hometown friends and Grandma J.

Now what to bake?! I'm thinking Apple Crisp, Apple Pie (I need to practice my pie crust skills), Apple Bread.... oh so many recipes to choose from!
