Life Lately

It's already the last week of August?! We have been keeping busy this month with house plans and just trying to keep up with the kiddos. This past week the kids and I have been back at the farm while DH is finishing up his ICU month.

Will has been busy on the farm, helping bring steers home from the pastures, playing with Macy and Sam, riding the four wheeler, and so much more. I have done a few house appointments with our builder and designer along with meeting a gal to help with my finishing touches. I still have some appointments this week too. The building process right now is going slow as we have dealt with some setbacks.

One day we went to Brookings to have Evie's 3 month old pictures taken. And Grandma and Shane took Will to the South Dakota Children's Museum while we were there. He had so much fun!! The museum is great. I think it is even better than the Minneapolis museum.

Evie has been such a good girl. Just going along with the flow. She loves to be outside in her baby bjorn or riding in the stroller. She is changing so much. She's starting to grasp toys and even stands in the exercauser.  She is close to rolling over too. 

We sure miss Daddy and will be so happy to see him later this week. We have a busy Labor Day weekend planned at the SD State Fair and a trip up to our lot.
