50th St. Neighbors

Saying good-bye to our 50th St. neighbors was hard.

We were so lucky to have this wonderful family just four houses down from us. Since Ryan and DH were in the same anesthesia resident class, we were able to watch over each other's family and help out however we could. Reed and Bennett are a little over a year younger than Will but that didn't hold them back from trying to keep up with Will. They had lots of fun playing on the boys' big playground and in their "rock garden". We hope to keep in touch throughout the years by planning anesthesia conferences together.

Jamie, James and Nolan
Nolan and Will became good buddies over the past two years. Nolan is 6 months younger than Will. Nolan is watched over by his grandma during the day so these two played alot during the summer months. They were basically monkey see, monkey do. They loved playing in the sprinkler together.

Lori - She was our Rochester Grandma. She watched Will when I went into labor with Evie. Watched over a sick kiddo so I could run to the pharmacy to pick up his meds. She always made delicious chocolate chip cookies. Will helped Lori learn how to use an Ipad. He called Lori "one of his best friends". Her daughter Lindsay was our babysitter and the bestest babysitter as Will called her. :)

  

 Our last picture in front of the house. DH is working, movers are loading the truck, Grandma is here to drive us back, and I have two overwhelmed children not wanting to take a picture.
