On Friday night Jacksonville got 10 inches of rain. It's the most rain they've gotten since a hurricane in 2008!
Saturday was the first overcast day in Florida. In the morning we went to the Riverside Arts Market. It's every Saturday under a bridge in the downtown area. We browsed the little craft and food booths and had lunch by the St. Johns River that runs thru the downtown area. In the afternoon we watched the Hawkeyes on TV. That evening we invited our friends Steve, Danielle and their little girl Sydney to the beach for supper. We ate pizza on the beach while Will played in the sand and surf. We made the most out of the windy, chilly conditions and still had a lot of fun with them.

Today we took a little stroll thru a nature walk area close to our condo before DH left to go watch the Bears at a sports bar. It's been hard for him to not be able to watch his teams. Thankfully it's only 2 months out of the season.
